Preventative Maintenance

We offer 1 and 2-year preventative maintenance contracts for residential and commercial buildings.  These services include cleaning of all indoor and outdoor coils, along with the inspection of electrical components, belts and fans, and capacitors. This also includes the drain pan cleaning, a checkup of condensate drains, blow out as needed, line set insulation inspection and correction, and the Freon levels and pressures checked and set to the correct specs.
